The exhibition presents comic and illustration works of 71 artists, as part of the relief efforts for the people that were struck by the summer wildfire in Greece.
(...) We chose trees as the theme of the exhibition. Not only for the extensions it brings in relation to the incident itself, but because we want to focus on the ensuing days. In a place where once there were trees, now there is nothing. However, that is exactly the place where we need to intervene.
We have all worked together, collecting a series of works uniquely produced for this purpose. We brought together artists we admire and who immediately accepted our invitation to participate (…)
We do not want to fix what can not be fixed.
